Last month, our colleagues from RWTH Aachen University, attended the 18th International Congress on Catalysis held in Lyon, France, that took place from July 14-19, 2024. The event brought together experts and researchers from around the world to discuss the latest developments in catalysis.

There, Lisa Burkart gave a presentation about its work in the UPLIFT project about Research Data Management strategies where she introduced the recycling of Polylactic Acid (PLA). The presentation showcased UPLIFT’s commitment to environmental sustainability and cutting-edge research. By participating in this prestigious congress, Lisa had the opportunity to share findings with the global scientific community and exchange ideas about catalysis and green chemistry.
