On April 26, 2023, our project coordinator Cristiano Varrone from Aalborg University gave a presentation to introduce the main concept of the initiative as well as the objectives, impacts and methodology in a session aimed at discussing topics in the framework of circular economy and the plastic challenge.

Apart from the UPLIFT project, some of our sister projects showcased their projects and initiatives such as ECOPLASTIC, MIX-UP, BIO-PLASTICS EUROPE, PRESERVE and BUDDIE-PACK.

The webinar ended with a round table discussion about potential solutions for the different plastic challenges.
